Background
MJ Real Estate’s journey started 15 years ago when the Founder Gareth Dominique, an RICS Chartered Surveyor, purchased his first property at the age of 20 and the business has organically grown slowly acquiring various residential and commercial properties over the years to form a balanced portfolio of income-producing assets.
We have a strong track record for identifying, acquiring and optimising development and investment opportunities. We aim to achieve strong capital growth over the medium to long term, whilst achieving and maintaining an income stream.
Property Portfolio
Our income producing property portfolio contains commercial properties, HMOs, serviced accommodation, multi-unit freeholds and single residential properties.
Our vision is to continue to grow our income producing portfolio through the acquisition of either commercial or residential assets.
Property management is undertaken in-house to ensure we offer the best service to our longstanding tenants.
